Holiday Village Himmerki wants to serve guests even better by renovating the area by building new log villas.   

Our construction project has progressed to the assembly stage and naturally the work causes some noise in our cottage area as well. The builders are working a long day to make the project progress on schedule.

Holiday Village Himmerki is located on the shores of Lake Kitkajärvi in Posio, Finnish Lapland. This lake is famous for its abundant fish and unbelievably clear water. Its velvety beaches invite you to spend the day sunbathing, and to take a swim in the refreshing water after the dense heat of the sauna.

There are plenty of choices for accommodation, from cottage suites to Lappish hut-shaped cabins, with 130 beds altogether. Our newest cottages offer you all the amenities of modern life.

Holiday Village Himmerki also offers you a venue for meetings and events. Our conference room contains all the equipment required for a successful meeting. You are welcome to have all your meals in our restaurant. The menu ranges from breakfast to delicious dinners. Our restaurant is also used for family gatherings and company events.
